§ 112-1. Removal or defacement of notices; penalties for offenses. 

No person or persons shall willfully tear down or deface any village notice or ordinance directed by said Board of Trustees to be posted up in said village, under a penalty set forth in Appendix C of the Code of the Village of Windsor containing the list of Fines and Penalties for the Village, or imprisonment for not more than fifteen (15) days, or both, for each offense.*

§ 112-2. Permission required for posting; penalties for offenses. 

It shall not be lawful to put up or post on any premises in said village, without the consent of the owner thereof, any notice or handbill, except notices required by law or said Board of Trustees to be posted; and any person who shall put up or post, or cause or direct to be put up or posted, any notice or handbill in violation of this chapter shall forfeit and pay a penalty set forth in Appendix C of the Code of the Village of Windsor containing the list of Fines and Penalties for the Village or be imprisoned for not more than fifteen (15)days, or both, for each offense.*
