§ 115-1. License required; exceptions. 

Soliciting, hawking or peddling of goods, wares and merchandise without a license is hereby forbidden, provided that no license shall be required for the peddling of meats, fish, fruit and farm produce by farmers and persons who produce such commodities, nor shall a license be required for the peddling of any commodity by any resident of said village or by any merchant maintaining a place of business in said village.

§ 115-2. License fees. 

Such licenses shall be issued by the Village Clerk at a fee set forth in Appendix B of the Code of the Village of Windsor containing the list of Fees and Permits for the Village for the calendar year or any part thereof, except Appendix of the Code of the Village of Windsor.*

§ 115-3. Penalties for offenses. 

A penalty not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) is hereby imposed for each violation of this chapter, and each day’s violation hereof shall constitute a separate offense.
