§ 126-1. Prohibited actions.

It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to throw any posters, dodgers, handbills or any paper dodgers, handbills or any paper whatever upon the lawns, walks, streets, park or other places in the village.

§ 126-2. Penalties for offenses.

A penalty set forth in Appendix C of the Code of the Village of Windsor containing the list of Fines and Penalties for the Village is hereby imposed for each violation of this chapter.*
